Clinical Mental Health Counseling through a Biblical Lens

The word Ruah means “breath", but it goes deeper than the constant inhale/exhale of life. It is an ancient word used to describe the very spirit of a person—their soul, their essence, their breath and being. So if you’re seeking healing, wholeness, and the integration of all parts of who you are as a person—body, mind, soul, and spirit—welcome.

I’m so glad you’re here.

True healing is multifaceted

Most therapeutic practices in our society originate from a humanistic perspective, which operates with a divided view of mind and body. Ruah Wellness operates from the Biblical perspective that our whole being is more intricately woven together than we may ever understand. With a blend of narrative approaches and somatic awareness, all parts of the self can find wholeness and healing.
